Rent Our SMART Board Enabled Training Rooms (w/WiFi)

If you’re in Arizona, and you have a need to rent a training room for a special event or unexpected client visit, or you need to use collaboration tools for a presentation, consider one of the training room options we offer as an interactive audio video solution at CCS Presentation Systems.

We offer fully-equipped training rooms in two AZ locations, at our Scottsdale Training Center location and our Tucson Training Center location.

In our Scottsdale location, we have for rental:

Training Room:  max. 32 People

• Facility only (no equipment)
• Facility with projector & screen or SMART Board use, or
• Facility, projector & screen, and SMART Board use

Boardroom:  max. 10 People

• Include use of projector and screen or video teleconferencing system 
• ½ Day = 4 hours
• Full Day = 8 hours

Mobile Training Center:  max. 12 People

The Scottsdale Training Center’s rental cost starts at $75/hour, and includes a 30-min. set-up. Coffee and water set-up is optional. Free WI-FI. Video conferencing is available upon request. In our Tucson location, we have for rental:

Training Room:  max. 22 People

• ½ Day = 4 hours
• Full Day = 8 hours
