CCS CEO John Godbout Features in New Executive Read Magazine
Executive Read, a new Phoenix-based magazine aimed at CEOs and other decisions makers, features CCS Presentation Systems and its CEO John Godbout, on several pages in the newly launched inaugural issue.
John is the first executive profiled in a light-hearted section of the magazine called ‘Big Shot’. This section is a short Q & A with a senior leader, in which questions are asked like “What do you like most about your work day?”, “On a scale of 1 to 10, how do you feel the economy is doing?” and “On average, how many hours a week do you work?”.
Readers will learn that John reaches for the phone before email or snail mail, and cherishes customer and employee interactions as highlights in his work day. He also has a word for the region’s business community – it’s called ‘management’, he says. John suggests executives should try to “manage your business through this economy, and you’ll be stronger and more successful.”
The company itself is profiled in another area of the magazine, in which our work in developing audio-visual systems integration is described as being ‘the fifth utility’. That is, along with water, gas, electricity and telecommunications, audio-visual systems integration should be looked upon as a necessary ingredient in a corporate work project.
The timing is right for a new regional magazine aimed at CEOs and other decision makers of companies with 50 or more employees. The Phoenix-Scottsdale-Mesa region is growing with a higher population, and as more talent moves into the region, the companies here are starting to reap the benefits of slimming down and getting leaner during the recession. Now the playing field is leveled and well-managed companies like CCS and other regional job creators will soon see a renewed resurgence of sales and revenue gains.
We are thrilled that Executive Read reached out to our company to be in its premiere issue. CCS Presentation Systems is an expert at integrating audio-visual communications into new construction, or retro-fitting design for technology integration into an existing facility, CCS Presentation Systems can help and manage your overall audio-visual systems integration projects.
